Creature Corner: Dec. 29, 2011
Happy New Year from the many four-leggeds, and two, at the ARF house.
If our pets could talk, what New Year’s resolution do you think they would have?
Riley promises to stay by your side. She is a young female German shepherd mix, full of energy. All four paws are ready to go for the walk, as she is very good on the leash. Riley would prefer an energetic, balanced home as she is still learning commands. With pride, she wears her pack, always eager for a hike.
ARF has many cats and dogs available for adoption or fostering. Go to www.idyllwildarf.org and click on Petfinder. All pets are spayed, neutered, and current on shots. ARF is open on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and on Sundays from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. ARF will be closed Sunday Christmas Day. Call for appointment on any other day at (951)659-1122. Email and donation opportunities are at www.idyllwildarf.org or email [email protected].
Creature corner is sponsored this week by Rosie Beagle. To sponsor the column, call Shane Fender at the Town Crier, 659-2145.
