Creature Corner: March 1, 2012
By Mimi & Hooch
It’s puppy love! Wrap your heart around this bundle of fur that was rescued from the streets of Idyllwild. Buster Brown is a 16-week-young boxer/pit mix. Along with puppy kisses upon request, this smart boy is already in clicker training class. His first report card is A+, as the basic commands were a piece of cake for him. He is learning leash rules, and is great with all other four-leggeds, cats and dogs.
Only two kitties are left from the Girl Scout litter. True love for a lifetime is waiting for you at ARF. Spit and Fire will bring laughter and warmth to your heart.
ARF has many cats and dogs available for adoption or fostering.
Go to www.idyllwildarf.org and click on Petfinder. All pets are spayed, neutered, and current on shots. ARF is open on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and on Sundays from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Call for appointment on any other day at (951)659- 1122. Email and donation opportunities are at www.idyllwildarf.org or email [email protected].
Creature corner is sponsored this week by Brent Skean. To sponsor the column, call Shane Fender at the Town Crier, 659-2145.
