The Hemet High School boy’s volleyball team beat Saddleback High School (Orange County) 3 games to 1. The individual game scores were 25-10, 25-19, 14-25 and 25-22. Hemet plays Oak Park High School next.
The game is Thursday, 7 p.m., at Oak Park, which is the number one seed in the division. Oak Park’s record is 26-6. They were undefeated (12-0) in the Tri-Valley League.

Beyond the end of August, the future of the Idyllwild Skate Park is uncertain, but it will be open each weekend this month, thanks to a donation from Idyllwild Pines Camp (IPC).
