Betty Boop

Reunited this week was young Diego in Idyllwild, and a springer spaniel camping in Pine Cove.

Found Thursday evening on Highway 243 by Idyllwild Pines Camp: A large neutered male shepherd mix. Please call ARF to identify.

Without a tag or a chip your pet has no name, and no home. Please show the greatest love with a chip or tag.
ARF can help you.

Bit of Honey

Meet Betty Boop, the Chug (Chihuahua-Pug). In three years, this loving girl has quite the story to tell. Her eyes show the pain of having her babies amidst brush on the freeway, and losing them to the coyote. Protecting herself in the wild was impossible for such a small canine. Humans tried unsuccessfully to keep her safe. Betty was traumatized by her loss of her newborn family, and was passed from home to home.

Calypso

ARF’s angel arms are around her now, and we promised her to find just the right home with the hugest heart. Betty loves to walk on the leash, is crate-trained and healthy. She does not have room in her life for the feline crowd, but most of all she needs companionship of a human. She is small, doesn’t eat much, and takes up little space. But her heart is grand.

Bit of Honey, Calypso, and Merlina invite you to ARF for your kitty love. Born in May, these babies lost their mom, and found their way to the ARF cattery. In only a couple weeks time, they know it’s safe here, and now it’s all about the kitty toys and the cat trees. Come in soon, or you will miss the fun.

Merlina

Lacy has paws outstretched ready for your attention. A beautiful female tux good with other cats, dogs and kids. Come to ARF to visit Lacy. She even likes to play catch.
