Kudos to the Town Crier and WNKI. Having lived here most all of our lives it was so hard to back out of our driveway and leave our home.
The coverage provided by the Town Crier online was amazing. The updates and stunning photos kept us in touch with the fire’s progress. Even though some of it was frightening their information was timely, concise and always right on. It really helped us cope with the near disaster. We appreciate all of you at the Town Crier and the wonderful job you did.
We also are grateful to all the fire agencies and the sheriff’s deputies for their protection of our community. We were so fortunate this time.
