We’re still here, too! And the Mountain Fire is not even on our bucket list. Frisbees, treats and getting adopted are.

Reunited this week were Monty and Mugsy. Merlot, the chow-mix, strutted her stuff at the Pet Expo and caught the eye of her forever human. And she will always be best in show in her mom’s heart.

Bruce

One man’s trash is another man’s treasure. Dozer, the chocolate/black Lab-mix, and Ladybug, the shepherd-mix, can confirm that. They both were abandoned with Bruce, the Chihuahua, at the dump. But today, Dozer has 3 acres to run on, and his own couch for sweet dreams. Ladybug will be invited on hikes and have plenty of playtime.

And that leaves Bruce. He is a young Chihuahua with a vocabulary. He doesn’t mind getting dressed up, loves to hitch a ride in your purse, and will talk to anyone who will listen. Sometimes he thinks he’s a cat because he always wants to visit the cattery. Tiny but mighty. And what a catch.

Sandy

Sandy can often be found dancing on just two legs for treats or at mealtime. Such a gentle Chihuahua-mix, she was the perfect mom for her brood. She has her girly figure back, and is in search of a semi-quiet home. Sandy is good with other dogs, cats and people. She loves to walk on the leash, and is our sun goddess. She will follow the sun and simply lay in the warmth. Surely you have a piece of the sun you would share with her.

We also have many dogs available on our website in assisted adoption.
