Creature Corner – December 12, 2013

Dear, Santa Paws

ARF four-leggeds heard you were coming to town soon. So we put our furry little heads together and came up with our special wish list. We call it special because the ARF angels always tell us we are such special cats and dogs.

mrs-magooMrs. Magoo stepped right up as the spokescat for the purring section. We conceded, as she is the oldest, wisest and has been here the longest. She wishes for her own home.

Twiggy wishes for a castle all her own. She is a bit of a diva, you know, and is declawed.

boomerBoomer and all of the cattery wishes he will find a home with cats, dogs, kids and fun.

Tommy wishes for an outdoor cattery.

Whiskers wants more wet food. Mama Pepper, too shy for the camera, and a bit of a diva, too, wishes for her very own, very large water bowl to bathe in.

Meow Meow would like nothing more than his own bed and bowl. Oh, and he wants to have a forever home with Sadie.

sadieCarly wishes for her own human that she can attach herself to.

And now a few woofs from the canine crowd.

Harley Dog wishes to enjoy that ride in the sleigh with you, Santa. We all watch him in the yard from our cattery as he skillfully buries his bones. And he loves bacon and catching the ball, but his favorite wish is to go for a ride … forever.

So, Santa, we are keeping our list short, tails are wagging, and we are all purring and woofing as we sing our favorite song, “I’ll be Home for Christmas.”

And please take care of all the cats and dogs everywhere.

Thank you, Santa.

Love, ARF Rescues.
