Happy Howlidays from Dozer, Harley and Chelsea and all of the ARF volunteers. The cattery chimes in, too, with a Merry Meow.
Dozer is a young black Lab-mix looking for a forever human to throw the ball, throw the ball and then throw the ball again. You get it. And if you won’t, he will play catch all by himself. He has energy to spare, loves water, and will hike, walk and run. He’s good with other dogs, as long as they will play with him. He’s not even curious about the feline crowd.
Harley is quite the opposite. Sharing the couch with you and your remote is his fav. He loves to walk, just not long-distance, has to have a yard to bury his bones, and absolutely would love to live with the felines rather than the canines. Chasing the ball is one of his favorite things to do, and then it will be time for a nap. The magic words for this 5-year-old boy are, “Want to go for a ride in the car or truck?”
And Chelsea is a female fluffy senior-mix. She will do her share of frolicking for a bit in the yard, is good with other dogs, but simply looking pretty on her bed is the best part of life for her. She is ready for a quiet home as long as you have treats.
Boomer and Tommy wish you a Happy New Year. Boomer is our youngest feline, under a year, and still full of the kitty playfulness. He loves other cats and absolutely loves Harley, the dog. Tommy also is a dog lover. His favorite pastime is in the outdoor cattery soaking up the sun and watching the birds. He has a unique meow, almost a squeak to show enjoyment when you are around.
We have gift certificates available for our animal adoptions.
