Question: Should Mr. Thibodeaux automatically lose his driver’s license for a period of time as a result of his crossing the double-yellow line on his motorcycle and colliding with the Nissan Pathfinder?
If not, why not? Crossing the double-yellow line seems to be a major reason for many of the collisions on the three roads up the mountain to Idyllwild.
Did Mr. Thibodeaux have insurance to pay for the damages he caused to the Philbins?
If not, should Mr. Thibodeaux do jail time? Who will pay for Mr. Thibodeaux’s medical care?
Should the legal age for operation of motorcycles be 21?
