Aspartame is an artificial sweetener created in laboratory by Monsanto, a pesticide and GMO manufacturer. This sickening sweetness is brought to us in little packets of NutraSweet, Sweeta, Equal, Spoonful, Canderel and Benevia. Diet sodas are full of it, and so are low-calorie, low-fat and sugar free food products. We think we’re eating healthy when we consume fat-free and sugar-free drinks and foods. In reality, we’re eating and ingesting poison with every calorie-saving bite. Often, we tend to feel it’s OK to eat more because it doesn’t have fat or sugar. As a result, we eat more and more poison.
Ninety percent of Aspartame is composed of two naturally occurring amino acids: aspartic acid and phenylalanine. It’s the other unnatural 10 percent that’s the killer. A methyl ester molecule is used to bind the amino acids together. I won’t bore you with scientific details. Suffice to say, once ingested, the methyl ester becomes methanol (wood alcohol) in the gut. It enters the bloodstream, and crosses the blood-brain barrier where it is converted into formaldehyde. Yes, like embalming fluid. This impacts various brain functions, and is linked to many neurological disorders like Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, dementia, ALS, ADD, MS, epilepsy and neuroendocrine disorders.
Out of about 10,000 complaints received, the FDA compiled a list of 92 symptoms resulting from consuming Aspartame. They include visual, metabolic, digestive, respiratory, neurological and brain activity changes resulting in depression, irritability, anxiety and aggression.
For some it takes awhile for symptoms to appear. For others, reaction is immediate with seizures, sometimes coma, even death.
Aspartame is an Excitotoxin, and has the ability to mimic illnesses like Chronic Fatigue, Epstein-Barr, fibromyalgia, lupus, Lyme and Grave’s disease.
Excito-toxicity results from the reaction of an agent that binds to a nerve cell receptor, over-stimulating the cell, and damaging or causing its death. This is what happens in our brains when we ingest Aspartame.
Children are especially susceptible, as are the unborn.
Don’t count on the FDA to keep you safe from harmful products and additives in food. The FDA and Monsanto are best buds.
If you’re using any Aspartame sweeteners, stop now. Get them out of your kitchen and out of your system. Say no to diet sodas. Also, eliminate all foods containing any artificial sweeteners. It will take time and vigilance, but the ultimate outcome is health and happiness for you and everyone you love.
