After a top-20 season opening at the Frys.com, Brendan Steele missed the cut at the Shriners Hospitals for Children Open in Las Vegas last week.

The Idyllwild native hit only 54 percent of the fairways and 61 percent of the greens in regulation, and he gave away strokes to the field both tee-to-green and putting.

Brendan will try to pull it all together for this week’s CIMB Classic in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
