Isn’t it amazing? We are to receive a $1.2M grant from HUD (Housing and Urban Development) to help construct a recreational facility in Idyllwild. How on Earth can we qualify for such a grant that is neither housing nor urban?
No wonder we have a $20,000,000,000,000 national debt. (Wow, look at all those zeros).
