Town Hall Sports Coordinator Michael Holato gave this report on Youth Soccer. Below are the scores, standings and players of the game for Town Hall Youth Soccer. For the 4 to 6 year olds we are only doing player of the game.

 Ages 4-6

In a really close defensive battle between the Bears and Spinjitsu, River Fernandez and Tate Donavan scored goals for the Idyllwild Shell Bears while Luke Oliver slipped one by the Bears for a goal.

In another game, Miles Sechrest scored the lone goal for the Ferro Lightning Bolts and Cade Brown scored a goal for the Village Market Avengers. The star of the game was Dominic Rivera-Sandin who tallied 4 goals for the Avengers.

Ages 7-9

Pacific Slope Tree Company Dragons 4, Idyllwild Vacation Cabins Idyllwild Star 3. Goals by Indigo Dagnall and Kail Mock led the Dragons past the Idyllwild Star despite a hat trick (3 goals) from Oliver

Gonzalez. Sammy Hoggan played outstanding defense for the Dragons.

Idyllwild Garage Assassins 2, Crazy Train Pub and Grill Goal Busters 0. Jayden Fogle scored 2 goals and solid defense shut out the Goal Busters

Ages 10-14

Muir’s Mountain Realty Blue Stars defeated Idyllwild Brew Pub Wild Cats 6-1. Blue Stars had goals from Roman Honarvar, Lily Easley, Aiven Honarvar, Chris Cerritos and Cameron Gage. The real star was Cameron, who shut out the Wildcats in the first half as goalie then scored a goal in the second half. The Wild Cats came close numerous times but their shots just missed the goal. Eddie Rincon scored a goal for the Wild Cats late in the game to avoid the shutout.

Muir’s Mountain Blue Stars scored goals from Roman, Aiven, Chris, Travis Rocha and Rene Montoya in the first half and Christian Gonzalez added 2 more in the second half for a 7-3 victory. The Wild Cats scored their 3 goals in the second half, 1 from Silas Tibo and 2 from Joel White, but the play of the game was Joel’s goal past mid-field from at least 50 yards away.

Red Time 4,  Fox 4.  Red Time  trailed 4-2 before scoring 2 late goals to tie the game.

503 6, F.C. Los Huevones 2. 503 easily handled the F.C. Los Huevones in a 6-2 victory

In additional games, 503 and F.C. Los Huevones battled to a 5-5 tie in a high-scoring game while Fox edged out Red Time 3-2.
