

Snyder shares affinity for small towns

George Snyder (right), the guest novelist on Sunday at the weekly Author Series, is being interviewed by one of our local published authors Eduardo Santiago at the INK Book Gathering. Snyder shared with the audience his love for writing about small communities, communities within communities, and his fascination about what draws people together within a community. Idyllwild has many nonprofits whose activities improve the life of the community. Some provide propane for the needy, some entertainment, some educational services, some art lessons and some disaster preparedness assistance. Only one, the Idyllwild Community Fund, has as its sole mission to provide grants to area nonprofits to help them meet key project objectives….
