Mountain runners strong HHS cross-country team competitors

Riley Arnson, formerly of Idyllwild, is a junior at Palm Desert High School. During the race she passes her fater Lee and sister Brooke to finish sixth in the Girls 3-mile run. There were 113 girls competing in this event.

    Shane Fender, Town Crier Advertising sales representative, took first place at the annual American Legion Post 800 Horseshoe Tournament for the second year in a row.
