Water heater explosion; Pine Cover suffers 2nd degree burns

A Pine Cove man suffered 2nd degree burns to his upper body and was flown to a local hospital. The man was a walk-in to Cal Fire’s Pine Cove Station 23 Saturday at 11:39 a.m.
