Area experiences earthquake
The U.S. Geological Survey reported a 3.6-magnitude tremor at 10:02 a.m. Thursday. The temblor was located 4.3 miles southeast of Yucca Valley. No damage has been reported.

Snake bites elderly female in Garner Valley
American Medical Response and Cal Fire/Riverside County Firefighters are on scene of a snake bite victim on Bonita Vista Road in Garner Valley, an incident reported at 2:38 p.m. Wednesday.
