Outland’s body was discovered on Wednesday, June 22, just after 10 a.m. at Lawler Lodge on Highway 243 in Stone Creek, north of Idyllwild. The Riverside County Sheriff’s Office of Hemet is investigating the death by gunshot wound as a suicide.
