Last week in “Days of Our Nine Lives,” ARF family members were perplexed by the slowdown in adoptions. Panther: I need to show all of you my new headshot. Indigo: Headshot? For what? Editor: I attended the May 30, Idyllwild Water District workshop on the rate changes to be voted on at the June 20, board meeting, but came away with more questions than answers.
