Arthur Felske, 73, of Idyllwild, died of natural causes on Tuesday, March 13, 2001, at Hemet Valley Health Care in Hemet.

Mr. Felske was born Oct. 25, 1927, in Colorado. He was a retired mason and a member of the American Legion Post 800.

He was a veteran of the Army Medical Corps.

A memorial service was held on Sunday, March 25, 2001, at the American Legion Post 800 in Idyllwild.

Mr. Felske is survived by four daughters, Sandra Felske, Sharon Felske and Arlene Castro of the desert area, and Cheryl Felske of Henderson; a brother-in-law, Vernon Dinkel and wife Maria Dinkel of Idyllwild; five nieces, Pauline Dinkel of Idyllwild, Anna Esposito of Hemet, Sonia Simmons of Running Springs, Katherine Bahash of Idyllwild, Teresa Dinkel of San Jose; and a nephew, Vernon Dinkel Jr. of Hemet.
