Jeremiah Vicondova of Idyllwild entered into eternal rest on Nov. 11, 2010. He was 63 years old.
Jere was born at March Air Force Base in Riverside on Aug. 14, 1947. He worked most of his adult life in the medical field as a certified nursing assistant at Riverside General. His last job was driving for Riverside Transit Agency Dial-A-Ride.
Jere never met a stranger and was always willing to help everyone. His many friends and family will miss him very much.
Jere is survived by his loving wife, Gail; sister Dixie Ruiz; daughter Charity Akuna; stepson Eric Wright; adopted daughter Renee Barnaul; adopted son Bruce Stewart; nieces Gabrielle, Vikki, Kellie and Angelina; nephews Vincent and Tym; and his loving pets: four doxies, Myra, Monkey, Little Daddy and Pokey and three cats, Bitty, Boxie and Fuzz.
Jere was a music lover and movie fan. He was also active in the Idyllwild Area Historical Society.
A celebration of Jere’s extraordinary life will be held at his home in Idyllwild at 2 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 28. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in his name to Vitas Hospice in Cathedral City.
