Robert Dean Stastny, Idyllwild resident for 46 years, passed away on April 10, 2011. By his side was his loving wife of 54 years, Patricia.

Bob was an avid golfer and bowler. He loved astronomy and the telling of a good story with his beloved cigar and a drink in hand.

He is survived by his wife, Pat; daughter Cheryl (Ken); granddaughter Shaina Lynne; grandson Jared Zornes (Michelle); and great-grandsons Ethan and Lance.

Arrangements are being made by Miller-Jones of Hemet. Services will be at 12:30 p.m. Thursday April 21, at Riverside National Cemetery.
