Gary T. Congelliere
1962-2014

 

obit-garyGary lived and worked in Pine Cove and Idyllwild for many years. He was an electrician and carpenter, and made many friends doing what he loved.

He served with pride in the U.S. Army for four years. Later, he served as an Honor Guard for many veterans, honoring their lives.

He loved going camping and fishing with family and friends.

Born Feb. 13, 1962, he passed away peacefully on Friday, June 13, 2014, surrounded by loving family and friends.

He is survived by his wife, Kathy Congelliere; daughters Candice Samano and Brandi Selkirk; grandchildren Dilyn, Destinee, Lance, Alexis, Jayden and Aireana; his father, Jim Congelliere; a brother, Russell (Corine) Congelliere; a sister, Lori (Dave) Wrangler; eight nieces and nephews; and his mother-in-law, Carol Caille.

He ws greatly loved and will be missed by all.

A celebration of his life is scheduled at 4 p.m. Saturday, June 28, at Chapel in the Pines. A potluck reception follows.
