Mountain runners strong HHS cross-country team competitors

Arriana Felix, Idyllwild and a freshman at Hemet High School, finished 14th out of more than 100 freshmen and sophomore runners in Saturday’s Bulldog Invitational.

Micah Hitchcock (no. 403, left of center), Idyllwild and a junior at Hemet High School, ran the 3-mile event in 16:29:17 to finish sixth out of more than 130 runners.

Riley Arnson, formerly of Idyllwild, is a junior at Palm Desert High School. During the race she passes her fater Lee and sister Brooke to finish sixth in the Girls 3-mile run. There were 113 girls competing in this event.
