According to witnesses and the California Highway Patrol website incident information, Ryan Nick Smith, 24 of Pine Cove, was involved in a solo traffic collision in his black 2004 Suzuki at approximately 2:20 a.m. Wednesday morning, Nov. 1 on North Circle Drive near intersection with River Dr.
Smith was transported with injuries to Desert Regional Medical Center by Idyllwild Fire Department.
