On Friday at about 5:30 p.m., Doug McKellar, 37, of Idyllwild, (on the ground) was traveling on South Circle when he lost control of his motorcycle while taking a right onto Village Center Drive, according to CHP Officer Chris Blondon. He slid under a white 2012 Nissan Xterra driven by Wayne Sleme, of Idyllwild, who was traveling toward South Circle.
