CHP originally received a report of a two-vehicle collision with minor injuries at 11:18 a.m. Monday.
The crash involved a pick-up truck with a camper shell driven by Leif Kvammen (right) of Pine Cove. Kvammen was not injured and no other vehicles or person were involved in the collision.
Kvammen, traveling westbound on Highway 74 near the Strawberry Creek Bridge, heard a "pop and clash" at the same time coming from his right front tire, immediately dragging the vehicle off the pavement, into the side embankment and rolling over. He wasn't sure but thought he possibly had a flat tire.
The crash blocked traffic to one lane but was cleared before 12:30 p.m.
