At 9:24 a.m. on Friday, Jan. 22, 2016, the Riverside County Fire Department in cooperation with Cal Fire received a report of a traffic accident fatality near Pine Cove.
Cal Fire and Riverside County firefighters, with assistance from IFPD, responded to the scene of a solo vehicle rollover on Highway 243 near Pine Cove. The driver succumbed to injuries and the CHP is handling the investigation. AMR and the Riverside County Sheriff’s Office / Coroner’s Office also responded.
