According to the U.S. Forest Service, two military V22 Ospreys are scheduled to do a touch-and-go training landing at Keenwild Helibase, sometime between 5:30 and 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, May 15. The Forest Service spokesman said he's unsure if they are from Pendleton, Miramar, etc., but is trying to confirm.

Also, if weather conditions check out, the Forest Service plans to burn 1 acre’s worth of piles at the Keenwild Helibase on Wednesday, May 16. Smoke may be visible.
